Ruby is incredibly amazing! Probably one of the sweetest people I've met in New Zealand. She is so professional and really cares about detail and her clients. She made me so happy and comfortable today and my results were AMAZING! 10/10! I had the Keratin treatment and I needed it badly. My split ends were crazy because I had been traveling a lot and didn't have time to cut it or treat it for a while. She treated my hair so gentle and she even gave me a head massage! She also had great recommendations for products to use and told me what would work best for my hair condition. Other than her professionalism, She is just a genuine and kind-hearted person. We talked about our travels and life experiences and I got to meet her sweet little dog ❤️ I felt like I had come in with a bad hair day and left with perfectly smooth hair and a new friend. I will always use Ruby from now on and I recommend her for any hair types or specialties! She is a very talented and gifted hairdresser and she'll work well with any hair type! Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago for myself and my partner to have our hair styled for my 30th birthday. Had the appointment cancelled by Ruby with less than a day's notice with no explanation other than she had overbooked. Unprofessional and extremely frustrating now trying to rebook elsewhere at short notice. This is my second attempt trying to book in with Ruby being cancelled a day out.
Unbelievable experience! I can't speak highly enough of Ruby from New Zealand. She truly exceeds expectations for her clients. And she is just so delightful! I was in dire need of a blonde transformation and Ruby came to my rescue. She made sure to really listen and get it perfect. I absolutely adore the final result and honestly, I couldn't be happier.
