The standard of customer service and final product presentation is subpar. Perhaps the staff should pay more attention to how they cater to their customers and present the final product with more care, or at least make an effort to appear attentive. Clearly, more training is necessary.
Fantastic deals and an extensive selection of goods, I adore shopping here. The pharmacy team is well-informed and amicable, while the retail staff is consistently supportive. Why would I bother going elsewhere and spending more?! Chemist Warehouse Albany is my preferred chemist!
Deceptive tactics. This isn't the first instance where I've been informed that they are out of the advertised stock, even though it was listed as available on their website. When they "searched" for it, they claimed that someone must have just taken all the stock without checking out. Nonsense. There weren't even any price tags on the shelves for the item I wanted. I will not be returning to shop there.
