I've visited Hine twice now. Both times for a lash lift because she offers the best value for money and delivers exceptional results! The lift lasts so well that I usually book in for another one after about 3 months. Recently, I also had my brows shaped and tinted by her and I absolutely love the outcome! They look so much neater. I wouldn't even give a single star. My nail appointment was a disaster. I had paid for dipping powder, but they didn't have any colors available when I got there. Why offer a service you can't provide? I explained the situation, and they showed me four awful colors. I decided to go with gel instead, but then there was a price difference issue. They offered to do any nail art to make up for it, but the lady there didn't understand me well, so I had to talk to someone else on the phone. I asked for an ombre manicure, but what I got was completely different and terrible. The shape was off, and it took an hour just to remove my previous SNS nails. I spent about three hours there, and two days later, the polish was already coming off. When I called to get it fixed, they said they were fully booked on Saturday. My natural nails are now breaking, and I feel like I wasted my money and time. Terrible service and a horrible experience overall. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.About

I popped in last minute to see if they could fit me in and even though it was nearing closing time, Isla was cheerful and able to make it work. As a blonde, I'm quite picky about my brows. It's usually either too light to notice or too dark for my liking. But I genuinely can't fault Isla's service. My brow colour is spot-on and precise. She took her time shaping them, checking in to ensure I was happy with each step. She kept the conversation flowing and was a delight to talk to.
