I purchased a highlights package off Grabone, the stylist seemed confused about what was included in the package. After 20 minutes we clarified what was included and I told him what I wanted (Blonde highlights) and showed him a reference picture. It ended up taking the guy 4.5 hours to do my highlights (I know I have a lot of hair but it has never taken that long to do. By the end of it I was almost crying because he turned my hair a brown ashy colour, which is not what I asked for and I hate it because it makes me look old. Now i'm stuck with this colour for Christmas, my birthday and New Years eve.
