The establishment is incredibly stunning, and the ambiance is delightful. The therapists are truly skilled, and it's always a pleasurable experience... except for today. It's the first time I've been counting down the minutes until the therapy session concluded, the first time I leave with a sore neck, requiring another session to recover, and the first time it's left me with a headache. I'm not sure if the therapist was having a rough day and took it out on me, but it was an awful and highly unadvisable experience. If you're considering visiting this establishment, by all means, do so, I recommend it, but steer clear of FORTUNATE. It felt like she was trying to inflict pain with every touch. We visited the salt cave and vibrosaun therapy to celebrate a friend's birthday.
The premises were not tidy, and the vibrosaun machines emitted a strong sweat odor. The proprietor was speaking loudly on the phone while trying to guide us, making it difficult to relax. We decided to leave early as the place did not meet our expectations. As we were driving away, the manager phoned us to come back and retrieve the mandatory plastic hair and feet covers for the salt cave. We ended up taking them to our car since there were no bins inside. It would have been more convenient for him to dispose of them himself rather than asking us to return. I would not recommend this establishment.About

Clean and tidy, but there's room for improvement in customer service, massage techniques, and heating. They focus a lot on upselling without delivering a service that matches the price. The massage felt generic and lacked attention to acupressure points, with a stop-start approach that lacked flow and relaxation. Only one side of the body was massaged while lying face down, unlike other places that offer full-body massages on both sides. The masseuse didn't inquire about pressure preferences or offer hot towels to remove oil. Despite asking multiple times for firmer pressure, it kept reverting to soft. I frequent Wellington and receive a much better service for a lower cost there. The overall experience lacked consideration, and I had to walk barefoot on cold floors between rooms. Despite requesting heating three times, the room remained very cold.
