Ruby is incredibly amazing! Probably one of the sweetest people I've met in New Zealand. She is so professional and really cares about detail and her clients. She made me so happy and comfortable today and my results were AMAZING! 10/10!
I had the Keratin treatment and I needed it badly. My split ends were crazy because I had been traveling a lot and didn't have time to cut it or treat it for a while. She treated my hair so gentle and she even gave me a head massage!
She also had great recommendations for products to use and told me what would work best for my hair condition.
Other than her professionalism,
She is just a genuine and kind-hearted person.
We talked about our travels and life experiences and I got to meet her sweet little dog ❤️ I felt like I had come in with a bad hair day and left with perfectly smooth hair and a new friend.

A loyal patron they were, reasonably content. But during my toddler's inaugural salon visit for a haircut, the hairdresser was quite rough with a poor attitude. He seemed indifferent to my baby's fear and kept scolding both of us to stay still. I understand that cutting a young child's hair can be challenging, but now my baby is traumatized by haircutting tools thanks to that hairdresser. Waited over 20 minutes post the scheduled time, then got my haircut done within 10 minutes. No layer specifics. This is the quickest woman haircut I've ever experienced, and I noticed some parts on the side have uneven lengths after washing my hair at home.
It's the first time I've heard that not cutting well is due to not shampooing before going to the barber.
