Adore JB Hi-Fi in general but delightful hassle-free experience today. Explored for a bit and at least 3 team members inquired if they could assist with anything, all very amiable and not pushy like some stores. When I did request what I desired, the team member actually halted what they were doing to retrieve the item from the cabinet for me. I've trusted my hair to Kiara for years, and the service is consistently excellent. Kiara is skilled, personable, and always up for trying new styles. I have full confidence in her abilities and it's always a pleasure to visit. The standard of customer service and final product presentation is subpar. Perhaps the staff should pay more attention to how they cater to their customers and present the final product with more care, or at least make an effort to appear attentive. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Ariana!! She is a beautiful person and incredible hairdresser. I walked out of her salon feeling the best I have felt in years about my hair. Ariana carried out a colour correction and restyle and I’m obsessed. Everything I could have wanted and more. The girls are a breath of fresh air, luxurious salon with coffee and treats provided. I won’t be letting anyone else touch my hair after this experience. Not only was the assistance thorough with my prescription but also explained what it meant and greatly aided me.
