The items in the store are beautifully arranged, offering a plethora of hidden gems to discover. The volunteers here are exceptionally friendly and hospitable.
I’ve been a loyal patron for over 5 years now, but today left me feeling quite disheartened 😢. My 7-year-old child accidentally touched something in the store, and a staff member reacted in a very harsh manner. Upon realizing my wife was outside bringing something to the car, she sternly told my son to leave, her face contorted in anger 😡. Witnessing this with my own eyes was truly shameful 😢😢.
The majority of the team here are warm and welcoming. However, my most recent visit was marred by the worst customer service I've encountered. As I attempted to place a large stack of items I intended to purchase on the counter due to my hands being full, I mentioned to the lady that I was just going to try on a dress. Her response was incredibly rude, stating that I had been there for some time and there were people waiting outside. Disheartened, I put the dress back, paid for my other items, and left.
