What an excellent shopping experience we just had in L'Occitane Albany thanks to Tane. Went in with just the intention of asking around, maybe get a whiff of good smelling stuff but was so happily captivated by the marketing skills and so much product knowledge that we went out with more than 1 purchase. Thanks Tane for the experience and for taking care of us.
