There is room for improvement here. What happened to the gift wrapping service, or is that only available in other countries? Also, the employee who worked the Saturday shift on 24 September could use some more kindness, courtesy, and friendliness. As a regular customer who has had positive experiences in the past at your other stores, I was taken aback by her attitude. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but some additional training would be beneficial. She came across as curt with customers, and we should feel comfortable asking questions without being dismissed so abruptly!

10/10 would recommend shopping at this store. I am a loyal customer at this establishment and I keep returning mainly because of a particular staff member - I believe her name is Hana or Hannah (the store manager). She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel welcomed and offers assistance. I have been patronizing this store for many years, and I believe she has been a part of the team for quite a while. Always wearing a smile and ready to assist, even when she's the sole staff member present, she manages to provide exceptional customer service to everyone, and the store is always immaculate! If the higher-ups read this review, I strongly believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service and the high standards she maintains in the store, a level of service that is rare to come by these days!

I am astounded at the lack of acknowledgment from the sales staff here in this store. Upon entering, I was completely ignored even after trying to get their attention. When I approached the counter and inquired if the employee enjoyed their job, she appeared very unhappy and flat out said NO. This does not reflect well on the brand. I also requested for my receipt to be emailed to me, a service they offer, but she took down my details and chose not to send it.
