Great A&E clinic, wait times shorter than others. Still long, 1 doctor for urgent care. Whitney at reception is kind, caring, offers help. Gave me water, aided a mother with sick baby. Other staff good, but don't match Whitney's care. Standout, deserves recognition.
Excellent experience at Northcare Accident and Medical. Staff kind, helpful, short wait. Doctor diagnosed, ensured follow-up care during busy pre-Christmas period. Many thanks!
