Adore JB Hi-Fi in general but delightful hassle-free experience today. Explored for a bit and at least 3 team members inquired if they could assist with anything, all very amiable and not pushy like some stores. When I did request what I desired, the team member actually halted what they were doing to retrieve the item from the cabinet for me. Absolutely exceptional experience.
Ordered click and collect online, and collected in-store. The 30-something kind female Kiwi crew member absolutely aced the customer service. She was so friendly and accommodating, made my experience so seamless. Forgot to jot down her name, but hopefully she'll come across this one day. Thank you so much and keep up the superb work!
