Excellent professional friendly service by Dr Aroha, I felt completely at ease and comfortable. Full consultation, including recommended exercises - how and why, Chiropractic adjusting instrument and drop table plus my absolute favourite the spinal decompression table which helps to gently stretch my spine to relieve neck and back pain. Dr Aroha will talk you through everything.
Started going to Prime earlier this year as my partner and mate have been going for a while. Been dealing with a lot of lower back pain from work and Dr Aroha has been patiently helping me relieve it week after week. Mike was also great when he did my acupuncture and cupping. I’ve definitely noticed a great difference and improvement compared to when I first came. Highly recommend them :)
