She just chopped it short and thinned the ends evenly, ignoring the curl pattern. Tried to straighten and tuck my curls in, which won't work with my natural texture. I popped in last minute to see if they could fit me in and even though it was nearing closing time, Isla was cheerful and able to make it work. As a blonde, I'm quite picky about my brows. It's usually either too light to notice or too dark for my liking. But I genuinely can't fault Isla's service. My brow colour is spot-on and precise.
