I've visited Hine twice now. Both times for a lash lift because she offers the best value for money and delivers exceptional results! The lift lasts so well that I usually book in for another one after about 3 months. Recently, I also had my brows shaped and tinted by her and I absolutely love the outcome! They look so much neater. Adore this spot! Can't speak highly enough of Taylor. Honestly, the most genuine individual I've ever encountered. She exudes warmth and compassion. I've had a variety of treatments including peels and facials. It's a shame I'm relocating abroad because otherwise, I'd continue visiting her :-) The crew are equally fantastic, I can't recall the kind lady who styled my hair but it looks incredible & thank you for the kind words about my hair! As someone who has battled hair loss, I truly appreciate it.

A loyal patron they were, reasonably content. But during my toddler's inaugural salon visit for a haircut, the hairdresser was quite rough with a poor attitude. He seemed indifferent to my baby's fear and kept scolding both of us to stay still. I understand that cutting a young child's hair can be challenging, but now my baby is traumatized by haircutting tools thanks to that hairdresser. I am absolutely stoked with my new brows! They look so natural (as promised) and I get such a boost to see them every time I look in the mirror. After years and years of overplucking, my poor scraggly brows were way too thin, the wrong shape and one was plucked too far back - I felt really self-conscious about them.
But then I read about powder brows and found Brow Love - all their testimonials and amazing before/after pics made me call them straight away. Heidi has given me the most amazing new brows, and thank you to Chanelle too - ladies you are an awesome team! I asked for the most potent mask for DRY hair, and they recommended the Vitamino Color mask for colored hair, even though it's labeled for colored hair. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.
