Laser hair removal has been a total game changer, I'm absolutely stoked with it. Joseph is just amazing, she really makes you feel at ease and is so lovely. Also, the nurse is top-notch, she took her time, gave me all the info I needed, and answered every question I had. The most fabulous brow and lash tint I've ever received! I popped in last minute to see if they could fit me in and even though it was nearing closing time, Isla was cheerful and able to make it work. As a blonde, I'm quite picky about my brows. It's usually either too light to notice or too dark for my liking. But I genuinely can't fault Isla's service. My brow colour is spot-on and precise. She took her time shaping them, checking in to ensure I was happy with each step. She kept the conversation flowing and was a delight to talk to.
