This cut was a disaster! The stylist seemed lost in translation. I clearly stated my natural curls, asking for a trim that enhances them. No questions about bangs or parting. She just chopped it short and thinned the ends evenly, ignoring the curl pattern. Tried to straighten and tuck my curls in, which won't work with my natural texture. Ruby is incredibly amazing! Probably one of the sweetest people I've met in New Zealand. She is so professional and really cares about detail and her clients. She made me so happy and comfortable today and my results were AMAZING! 10/10!
I had the Keratin treatment and I needed it badly. My split ends were crazy because I had been traveling a lot and didn't have time to cut it or treat it for a while. She treated my hair so gentle and she even gave me a head massage!
She also had great recommendations for products to use and told me what would work best for my hair condition.
Other than her professionalism,
She is just a genuine and kind-hearted person.
We talked about our travels and life experiences and I got to meet her sweet little dog ❤️ I felt like I had come in with a bad hair day and left with perfectly smooth hair and a new friend.
