Adore this spot! Can't speak highly enough of Taylor. Honestly, the most genuine individual I've ever encountered. She exudes warmth and compassion. I've had a variety of treatments including peels and facials. It's a shame I'm relocating abroad because otherwise, I'd continue visiting her :-) The crew are equally fantastic, I can't recall the kind lady who styled my hair but it looks incredible & thank you for the kind words about my hair! As someone who has battled hair loss, I truly appreciate it.

A loyal patron they were, reasonably content. But during my toddler's inaugural salon visit for a haircut, the hairdresser was quite rough with a poor attitude. He seemed indifferent to my baby's fear and kept scolding both of us to stay still. I understand that cutting a young child's hair can be challenging, but now my baby is traumatized by haircutting tools thanks to that hairdresser. I purchased a highlights package off Grabone, the stylist seemed confused about what was included in the package. After 20 minutes we clarified what was included and I told him what I wanted (Blonde highlights) and showed him a reference picture. It ended up taking the guy 4.5 hours to do my highlights (I know I have a lot of hair but it has never taken that long to do. By the end of it I was almost crying because he turned my hair a brown ashy colour, which is not what I asked for and I hate it because it makes me look old. Now i'm stuck with this colour for Christmas, my birthday and New Years eve. It's the first time I've heard that not cutting well is due to not shampooing before going to the barber.
