I was searching high and low for a place that could help me cover up/fix two failed tattoos from another studio. A lot of salons said they couldn’t help (which is fair enough) but as soon as I sent Inkstitution a message they were more than happy to help! The team (especially Charlie and Ruby) were so kind and patient with me! Charlie did an incredible job covering up a small tattoo for me and made it into something i absolutely love. despite the fact the first session it had a hard heal (my fault) she fixed that up right away in my touch up session and it healed amazingly. It’s amazing how she was able to turn something I was so insecure about into something I am so proud to now have on my body. They were both so patient, communicating to me and keeping me calm through the part where the tattoo had a hard heal the first time, Ruby (who I assume runs the socials on Instagram) also is super onto it with replying to messages!! The environment is something else, they all look like they have such a great team relationship overall. I cannot wait to eventually come back and I couldn’t recommend a place more!About

To get to Inkstitution Tattoo at 3/25 Anzac Road, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 879 or 970 to Browns Bay bus station, then walk south on Anzac Road for about 5 minutes. If driving, head north on Beach Road, turn left onto Bute Road, then right onto Anzac Road where you will find the studio on your left after about 200 meters.

There is room for improvement here. What happened to the gift wrapping service, or is that only available in other countries? Also, the employee who worked the Saturday shift on 24 September could use some more kindness, courtesy, and friendliness. As a regular customer who has had positive experiences in the past at your other stores, I was taken aback by her attitude. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but some additional training would be beneficial.
