The establishment is incredibly stunning, and the ambiance is delightful. The therapists are truly skilled, and it's always a pleasurable experience... except for today. It's the first time I've been counting down the minutes until the therapy session concluded, the first time I leave with a sore neck, requiring another session to recover, and the first time it's left me with a headache. I'm not sure if the therapist was having a rough day and took it out on me, but it was an awful and highly unadvisable experience. If you're considering visiting this establishment, by all means, do so, I recommend it, but steer clear of FORTUNATE. It felt like she was trying to inflict pain with every touch. Decent massage. The Kiwi in charge always insists on stepping on your back for half an hour, seems a tad lazy to me. I just wanted a moderate pressure massage. Never had another therapist ask to walk on my back. Won't return, it's been 7 years and the owner, who does most massages, doesn't engage and comes off quite grumpy 😠 not the ideal ambiance.
