The staff are friendly and helpful, but they lack knowledge about the products they sell. I asked for the most potent mask for DRY hair, and they recommended the Vitamino Color mask for colored hair, even though it's labeled for colored hair. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money. The mask had no effect on my dry hair, and when I checked Loreal's recommendations, there was no mention of using this mask for dry hair. 😞
Thank you Coralie for suggesting the WOW serum. My hair is a breeze to style now. No more Frizz and the shine is incredible. My colleagues have been complimenting how fabulous my hair looks... like a professional salon finish from the comfort of my home. This store is exceptional.
I selected my products and went to the counter. A team member brought me a combo box I hadn't noticed, containing two of the same products in the same size that I had chosen, plus an additional full-size product. The price was $50 cheaper than the total of the two I had initially picked out. Well done for spotting that, and thank you so much! It was my first time shopping there, but you've earned my loyalty 😊
