This location has given my partner false information regarding pricing. Initially, they were told that liquid nitrogen (for a small mole) would cost $90 with a complimentary follow-up if necessary. The liquid nitrogen procedure, performed by a nurse, only took 5 minutes. When trying to schedule the "free" follow-up because the nurse missed a spot, the reception now states that the follow-up (another 5 minutes) will cost an additional $60! At this rate, we could have just paid for surgical removal in one go. Please be more upfront with your patients. If you promised a patient a free follow-up, it should be honored regardless of recent price changes.
The crew at Skin Institute Wellington are top-notch professionals, and my visits here have been nothing short of fantastic! I've been seen by both Amy and Dr. Steve. They are both incredibly thorough and lay out a plan tailored to your individual skin needs. I can't speak highly enough of them and will definitely be returning!
A massive shoutout to the INCREDIBLE team at The Skin Institute Wellington. Despite my own GP thinking the mark on my arm was harmless, the nurse at The Skin Institute Wellington had a hunch it was a squamous cell carcinoma. A biopsy confirmed her suspicion, and after a swift and painless removal, I was over the moon to receive the all-clear when the results came back. I can't express my gratitude enough - everyone was exceptionally friendly, extremely caring, and I've been singing their praises to all my mates. Cheers team! 👏🏼
