Decent massage. The Kiwi in charge always insists on stepping on your back for half an hour, seems a tad lazy to me. I just wanted a moderate pressure massage. Never had another therapist ask to walk on my back. Won't return, it's been 7 years and the owner, who does most massages, doesn't engage and comes off quite grumpy 😠 not the ideal ambiance. Perhaps the owner should take a step back and let the other staff members attend to you pleasantly.

An amazing massage experience, with soothing tunes, spotless and cozy massage beds, and an exceptional massage. I've visited 3 or 4 times due to the easy booking, convenient Albany location, and the rejuvenating feeling I always have afterwards. Not to mention, I smell delightful upon leaving, and they offer a cup of green tea before you depart so you don't feel rushed. It's definitely worth the time and money if you're stressed, achy, or simply want to pamper yourself. After my initial session, I felt such a release of tension that I shed tears; didn't realize how much I needed it. Feeling content and more at ease. 😃
