I wouldn't even give a single star. My nail appointment was a disaster. I had paid for dipping powder, but they didn't have any colors available when I got there. Why offer a service you can't provide? I explained the situation, and they showed me four awful colors. I decided to go with gel instead, but then there was a price difference issue. They offered to do any nail art to make up for it, but the lady there didn't understand me well, so I had to talk to someone else on the phone. I asked for an ombre manicure, but what I got was completely different and terrible. The shape was off, and it took an hour just to remove my previous SNS nails. I spent about three hours there, and two days later, the polish was already coming off. When I called to get it fixed, they said they were fully booked on Saturday. My natural nails are now breaking, and I feel like I wasted my money and time. Terrible service and a horrible experience overall. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
I had my eyelashes done, and it was an amazing experience! The service was gentle and relaxing. Highly recommend! 😊
