I had the most fantastic customer service by Jordan (I really hope that’s his name!). A beloved lip balm of mine has changed formula and my lips do not like it, so I’ve been trying to stock up on the old version. After hearing this, Jordan went around different pharmacies around Wellington and managed to gather me quite a few of the old lip balms so I would have enough to last me a long time - I was/am so incredibly grateful! Thank you so much Jordan, incredible customer service ☺️
