I purchased a highlights package off Grabone, the stylist seemed confused about what was included in the package. After 20 minutes we clarified what was included and I told him what I wanted (Blonde highlights) and showed him a reference picture. It ended up taking the guy 4.5 hours to do my highlights (I know I have a lot of hair but it has never taken that long to do. By the end of it I was almost crying because he turned my hair a brown ashy colour, which is not what I asked for and I hate it because it makes me look old. Now i'm stuck with this colour for Christmas, my birthday and New Years eve. I will not be getting my hair done here again and am very sad I spent an afternoon here only to get my hair ruined.
Highly recommend!! First time going there and all the staff were very lovely and welcoming. Had my hair cut by the terrific older gentleman who despite the language barrier really made me feel like I was in good hands, you can really tell he has a lot of knowledge and experience. Very, very pleased with the haircut, turned out beautifully and was very timely. Only showed him a couple photos and he gave me exactly what I asked for! Will definitely be coming back!!
