This is one of the finest gardens we saw in New Zealand! We visited during early autumn while driving towards Auckland and were greeted by a plethora of blossoming flowers and numerous trees showcasing their fall colors. The layout is stunning, meticulously cared for by the family who owns it, and they are incredibly friendly. After feeling unwelcome here a year past, I decided to revisit. Glad I did. Everyone was so kind, unlike before. They've added a kids' section with toys and books, some beautifully handknitted! Lack of knowledge. Unfortunately, my experience here was subpar... I popped into this pharmacy on my way down south to grab some emergency ventolin, which I've done at other pharmacies previously. I was refused this service and informed that it wasn't doable over the counter (or anywhere in Aotearoa).... okay

The facial was amazing but....the issue arose when I had reserved the Ruralco half price deal - I booked online and corresponded via email with a lovely lady. When it was time to pay, no one was aware of the special... No one knew how to access the emails - quite awkward for all involved. I had to dig up the email exchange on my phone - did manage to convince them of the offer but was still charged $80 (full price of $160) when the website I booked on stated $145. Definitely not the way to treat a new customer. Had used Beauty Worx years back when Di ran it and absolutely adored the treatments and service. Haven't visited them in a while as I no longer work in Ashburton but decided to give the new business a try. Certainly won't be returning and won't be recommending.About

We recently attempted to register with them when they opened their registration, and since we moved here a few months ago, they are the nearest healthcare provider. However, they have an absurd policy where they won't accept you if you're already registered elsewhere. So, from their perspective, it's better for us to go without a GP for a few months while waiting for them to open their registration. How is this in the best interest of patients? We only registered elsewhere out of necessity. I'm extremely disappointed with this nonsensical policy.
