Overall, the service was top-notch. However, the kai was a tad pricey for the portion sizes. For example, the salad, priced at $28, came with a square tofu. The mie goreng also had wee wings and was rather salty. On the bright side, their chili sauce was delicious and packed a punch.
Went with a group of mates for kai and got a few dishes to share.
I grabbed some hāngi (traditional Maori food) for dinner, smelled really good, but a tad salty. I ordered fried pāua (abalone) and fried kākāriki (parakeet), both were really good! Will definitely order those two next time. It was packed at that time so initially they forgot my order but in the end, I still got it and that's all good. I also tried pāua fritters and I really enjoyed them.
