Just arrived in New Zealand and needed a good hairdresser. Despite negative Google reviews, I gave this place a try. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and great professionalism. Josh did an excellent job on my hair. Highly recommend.
Lack of customer respect. Shut the door 30 minutes before the shop's closing time, even though I had a pre-booked appointment through the app for that time. Gestured through the glass indicating they were closed.
Great attention to detail. Quick yet effective and reasonably priced. Got my hair cut exactly how I wanted, with a hot towel and high-quality wax finish. Excellent service! 👍
