Approximately 3 moons ago, I visited for a foundation shade match. The attendant went beyond, giving me a full face for my evening event and finding the absolute perfect match! Departed with foundation, contour, and blush. Content with products and even more so with the professional, informed, and supportive service. Sole shopping stop from now on, many thanks!
I acquired this ‘freshly made’ lip balm an hour back. It seems to have been opened and utilized by someone else. Not due to leakage. Struggling to find a reason to convince myself it hasn't been used prior. It's for lips! Not a pumping base or serum. First time airing a grievance publicly. Aware they'd refund or swap if I return it, but shouldn't such a significant brand address the actual issue?
Entered the shop this arvo with a mate, merely inquiring about why the powder I bought a few moons back always develops thick brown bits on the surface, making it hard to use. Initially greeted by one lady who had no clue and needed to consult another. Then a Chinese lady approached, mentioning it's normal due to the current Auckland weather and skin oils. She proceeded to clear the bumps with office tape.
