Quite let down. I've been a loyal customer for a year, couldn't make an appointment due to illness (didn't want to spread anything). When trying to reschedule, I was willing to pay a late cancellation fee, but was surprised that it amounted to the full appointment cost.
Despite this, my brows have always looked amazing, and the attendant I see is very kind.
Just wish there was more consideration for regular clients - so, for excellent brows, but don't fall ill (or perhaps go in sick?). I won't return as I can't afford that risk!About

If driving, head towards the intersection of Sale Street and Wellesley Street West, then turn onto Sale Street and the salon will be on your left at Shed 17.
