I've visited many salons in different countries, but Serena was the first to suggest a cc curl for my lashes, and I absolutely adored the result. Not only is she skilled at perfecting lashes, but she also provides recommendations on lash types, shapes, and lengths tailored to your eyes. Serena even went the extra mile by accommodating me twice in one day at the salon! Overall, the atmosphere was cozy and calming, perfect for getting the ideal lashes that complement your eyes. My experience might be a tad different from others as I came in as a hair model for the wonderful Harper.
She displayed her vision and made sure I was comfortable with it throughout the process, asking for my input, even though I was there as a model for her to have full creative freedom.
She crafted such a stunning look and kept me well informed on how to care for my hair properly after transitioning from dark brown to blonde. I was invited to come back as a model for another style which was also fantastic! And once again, she ensured I was comfortable with it throughout the entire process!
Later on, I was given the choice to change my hair to anything I desired after my time as a hair model, and I returned to my natural hair colour, the colour match is incredible! No distinction between the previously blonde hair and regrowth!!
I had never been to a salon before to get my hair done, and Harper and the crew made it such a wonderful experience 🥰About

Quite let down. I've been a loyal customer for a year, couldn't make an appointment due to illness (didn't want to spread anything). When trying to reschedule, I was willing to pay a late cancellation fee, but was surprised that it amounted to the full appointment cost.
Despite this, my brows have always looked amazing, and the attendant I see is very kind.
Just wish there was more consideration for regular clients - so, for excellent brows, but don't fall ill (or perhaps go in sick?). I won't return as I can't afford that risk!About
