What a farce of a customer service encounter.
I placed an order for cartridges, was initially informed they had arrived, then later informed about an issue, leading to a reorder of OEM cartridges to receive them within a reasonable timeframe, only to discover the wrong cartridge had been ordered.
Went without a printer for a week during this process. The deteriorating service at Wellington’s Beauty Boutique has been a lingering worry for more than a year now. Each time I pass by this establishment with my mother, an uneasy tension hangs in the air, making me feel scrutinized endlessly. There is a palpable sense of unease surrounding Wellington's Beauty Boutique these days. In my view, it has lost its former charm. This is a rather large store situated in Grey Lynn. I quite enjoyed the shop. They had a wide variety of Organic Products. I was pleasantly surprised to find Ayurvedic products as well.
