Had my initial experience at Serene Retreat today and had a wonderful time.
I gave the float therapy a try which was revitalizing and genuinely enjoyable! You feel a genuine sense of achievement once you complete it, like you can conquer the world.
Alicia did a remarkable job explaining the process in detail from beginning to end to ensure I was at ease and took the time to discuss the benefits the treatment offers.
The ambiance is incredibly soothing, tidy and beautifully arranged. Departed feeling rejuvenated and will absolutely return.

BEST New Zealand massage I've ever had. I have extremely tight neck muscles from an injury. It's gotten worse. Went yesterday, and feel so much better today. I didn't realize how tight I actually was! It was painful (good pain) at times but well worth it.
