I enjoy the ambiance and the individuals working there are very pleasant. However, during my last visit, I was squeezed in for an appointment when they were clearly pressed for time. The manicure felt rushed, lasting less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged the full price. The quality of the manicure was subpar. If the salon is fully booked, I recommend avoiding walk-ins to ensure each client receives the complete service they deserve. Auckland Nails is the finest nail studio I have ever visited. Their standard is unmatched. My nails go through a lot - I engage in yacht racing, do DIY renovations, gardening, and plenty of housework. Unlike any other nail studio I have tried - my nails stay strong after a session at Auckland Nails. Previously, my nails would barely last a week, but now I can push them beyond two or three weeks post my visit to Auckland Nails. The staff were all so friendly and even provided me with some helpful advice on shellac versus dipping powder for my next visit. This was by far the best nail service I have ever received.
