My husband and I indulged in foot treatments and departed feeling as light as a feather. The inclusion of massage chairs was a delightful touch. Received an e-file manicure with gel polish. Highly recommend this place, service was clean and meticulous. Staff were friendly and took great care with manicure. Equipment comes in individual packages, so a new file and scissors is used per manicure, so you don't have to worry about cross contamination between customers. This manicure process involves doing each nail individually, so it takes longer than usual manicures. The place itself was clean and very organized. I enjoy the ambiance and the individuals working there are very pleasant. However, during my last visit, I was squeezed in for an appointment when they were clearly pressed for time. The manicure felt rushed, lasting less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged the full price. The quality of the manicure was subpar. If the salon is fully booked, I recommend avoiding walk-ins to ensure each client receives the complete service they deserve.
