I was transparent with Karen about the need for a low-maintenance keratin treatment for my performances, my time constraints, and my trust issues. Karen took her time to ensure I was comfortable, explaining her process, the reasons behind it, and how to care for my hair. Her hairdressing skills are truly remarkable. I placed an order for cartridges, was initially informed they had arrived, then later informed about an issue, leading to a reorder of OEM cartridges to receive them within a reasonable timeframe, only to discover the wrong cartridge had been ordered.
Went without a printer for a week during this process. This middle-aged fair-haired Karen who definitely had the right manners to serve other white client before me, showing nothing but impatience and nervousness when I was checking the ingredients as the “ description of the shampoo changed”. She was extremely impatient and pushy and kept telling me she was 100% sure it was the same product. No Karen! It’s not! Other shops are selling the ones you don’t have at the moment!
