I visited this spot for the first time to get a refill for my gel nails, needing one nail fully replaced. I was charged an additional $40, bringing the total to a staggering $125. After just 2 days, the top gel layer started peeling off. I returned for a fix, but a few days later, the same issue occurred again! By day 4, the majority needed complete rework!
I reached out via email to the owner, who declined a refund of the initial $85, citing time spent and staff wages. The quality of the material must be subpar, not to mention the nail that was fully replaced fell off within the first week. Despite being offered to return, I adamantly declined after reading similar negative Google reviews.
Low-quality material, peeling, and exorbitant prices. My follow-up emails were disregarded, and no refund was issued.
The owner shirks responsibility and shifts blame to evade accountability.

Recently had the most satisfying manicure, excellent value for money. Lila, the nail technician, is very charming, attentive, with decent skills and meticulous work. There were no hidden costs, the result was beautiful. She applied nail patches before working on my nails, and since my nails weren't too long, the outcome was unexpectedly impressive and I'm very pleased. The job was done with great care, leaving the nail surface very smooth. The actual result looks even better than the picture. This nail salon is very cost-effective and definitely worth a visit. I really adore this style of nail. It's truly worth a try. Received an e-file manicure with gel polish. Highly recommend this place, service was clean and meticulous. Staff were friendly and took great care with manicure. Equipment comes in individual packages, so a new file and scissors is used per manicure, so you don't have to worry about cross contamination between customers. This manicure process involves doing each nail individually, so it takes longer than usual manicures. The place itself was clean and very organized.
