I enjoy the ambiance and the individuals working there are very pleasant. However, during my last visit, I was squeezed in for an appointment when they were clearly pressed for time. The manicure felt rushed, lasting less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged the full price. The quality of the manicure was subpar. If the salon is fully booked, I recommend avoiding walk-ins to ensure each client receives the complete service they deserve. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails. The technician was incredibly patient as I selected my color and never once rushed me. The staff were all so friendly and even provided me with some helpful advice on shellac versus dipping powder for my next visit. This was by far the best nail service I have ever received. To get to Nailz 27 at 1/27 Dacre Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland 1010, New Zealand by public transport, you can take bus number 274 from the city center and get off at the Upper Queen Street stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the salon. If you prefer to drive, you can take Upper Queen Street and turn onto Dacre Street. The salon is located just off Upper Queen Street, with a customer car park available right next to the door.
