I would rate it 4 stars, not 5. Anna, the masseuse, is exceptional and exudes kindness and joy. Her pleasant demeanor enhances her work. During my 90-minute massage, she effectively addressed pressure points and provided a facial and toe nail painting, offering helpful suggestions. However, the makeshift arrangement with two cabins separated by a moving curtain detracted from the experience. The sound of another client snoring loudly was disruptive, and the shared space felt cramped. Despite the cleanliness and pleasant environment, improvements are needed to justify the pricing. Very lovely sauna and always buzzing. Been a regular here for a couple of years now and it never lets me down. Always plenty of folks around, even on weekdays. Interior is tidy and neat. The spa is cozy and inviting. Spacious steam room and sauna. Enjoyable movie room to chill in and complimentary coffee. They also have a small shop where you can grab noodles and chips. The staff are consistently welcoming. The music is always on point. I used to frequent the one in Auckland but it shut down. This one is way better than Te Anau.
