This was my second ever New Zealand beauty treatment, which I was very nervous about as my first experience at another salon was horrible. Kiwiwaxx and beauty therapist Hine completely changed my entire perspective on grooming. Friendly, professional, clean, and quick. Highly recommend. I will make this my local! Thank you!

The technician was a delightful individual and one of the most sought-after brow experts at the salon. However, my brows ended up looking worse than they did before I arrived. These treatments seem to only work well for specific shapes and hair lengths (mine look much better when not trimmed but following the natural hair flow). Fortunately, I opted for a hybrid tint at $85 instead of investing over $1,000 in something permanent. So, ladies, be cautious. Don't be swayed by the hype; it's best to test and try before committing. The in-person customer service was excellent, but there was some disorganization and unprofessionalism beforehand. (Be wary of the voucher system, as it may not function correctly, leading you to pay double until your refund is processed.)
