I've visited many salons in different countries, but Serena was the first to suggest a cc curl for my lashes, and I absolutely adored the result. Not only is she skilled at perfecting lashes, but she also provides recommendations on lash types, shapes, and lengths tailored to your eyes. Serena even went the extra mile by accommodating me twice in one day at the salon! Overall, the atmosphere was cozy and calming, perfect for getting the ideal lashes that complement your eyes. Such a lack of respect! I scheduled an appointment and planned my day around it, considering I have a 5 month old baby to care for. They messaged me saying they would be 20 minutes late, then later said it could take even longer. I went to the salon to inquire about the delay, understanding that appointments can change (especially since I have to arrange child care), but they were neither apologetic nor helpful. When I mentioned my child was waiting in the car with my mother, they rudely questioned why the child was there and refused to do my hair. I no longer wanted their services, but it's disheartening to encounter such arrogance and disrespect from someone working in a salon, let alone owning it. I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate the appointment, so it's disappointing to see individuals like this managing businesses. I'm frustrated and hope they don't treat other mothers the same way. Mean-spirited and disrespectful... I will definitely warn other mums in Wellington about this salon. I won't be recommending it.About

A hidden treasure on queen street for beauty services. Had eyebrows shaped and tinted and also experienced their papaya facial which was very soothing and excellent. The person Sukham really did a great job with both eyebrows and facial. I've been to many places but this was by far the best facial. The massage was very relaxing, definitely recommend if you want a facial. The prices are very reasonable as well. Honestly, I really wanted to enjoy this spot but my experiences with Brazilian waxing here have been below par on multiple occasions. I've tried 3 different therapists and each time, they've missed spots, disregarded my preferred shape, and despite requesting hard wax, Ruby still used strips for most of the Brazilian. There should be an option for extended appointment slots so that if a client prefers hard wax, the esthetician can take their time as I understand it requires more precision to let the wax set.

Quite let down. I've been a loyal customer for a year, couldn't make an appointment due to illness (didn't want to spread anything). When trying to reschedule, I was willing to pay a late cancellation fee, but was surprised that it amounted to the full appointment cost.
Despite this, my brows have always looked amazing, and the attendant I see is very kind.
Just wish there was more consideration for regular clients - so, for excellent brows, but don't fall ill (or perhaps go in sick?). I won't return as I can't afford that risk!About
