Karen took her time to ensure I was comfortable, explaining her process, the reasons behind it, and how to care for my hair. Her hairdressing skills are truly remarkable. I have Cook Island Māori hair that tends to frizz, and I'm certain I was mistaken for a different ethnicity due to how smooth and glossy my hair looks now 🥰.
