Absolutely thrilled to discover Kiwi Nail & Spa, now my go-to spot for some pampering! I've visited numerous nail salons (budget-friendly and luxurious) but Kiwi Nail is definitely a cut above the rest. The quality is outstanding, and the nail technicians are true artists in their craft. Every dollar spent here is worth it! I've already indulged in their services three times and have always been delighted with the results, receiving plenty of compliments too! Plus, Kiwi and Tania are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I enjoy the ambiance and the individuals working there are very pleasant. However, during my last visit, I was squeezed in for an appointment when they were clearly pressed for time. The manicure felt rushed, lasting less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged the full price. The quality of the manicure was subpar. If the salon is fully booked, I recommend avoiding walk-ins to ensure each client receives the complete service they deserve. Received an e-file manicure with gel polish. Highly recommend this place, service was clean and meticulous. Staff were friendly and took great care with manicure. Equipment comes in individual packages, so a new file and scissors is used per manicure, so you don't have to worry about cross contamination between customers. This manicure process involves doing each nail individually, so it takes longer than usual manicures. The place itself was clean and very organized.
