Got my hair styled before my hens party, and the team was incredibly kind, and my stylist did an excellent job. My hair is naturally very curly and unruly. They managed it well and took into account my concerns about the curls not holding, so they used different products to enhance the hold.
I do not suggest this salon for hair styling, my friend and I were both let down by our experience. I requested an updo but the stylist claimed she couldn't do it and didn't have sufficient time (it was just a French twist), so she gave me a half updo instead and charged me $80. My friend simply wanted elegant curls, but her stylist rushed through it and didn't execute it well, leaving my friend dissatisfied. I had a positive experience here a few years back, but it appears that the staff has changed, and we won't be returning to this salon of Dry & Tea.
Visited for a haircut and full head toner by Jacques. He was very friendly, and his service was excellent! My hair feels rejuvenated as it is long and thick and has been dyed multiple times. I will definitely return in the future.
