The owner, who is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, is very helpful when it comes to choosing colours and designs that match my preferences. She is gentle and attentive throughout all procedures, with a keen eye for detail. The ambiance in the salon creates a sense of relaxation and calmness, with the beautiful plants, soothing music, and it's nice to unwind and have a chat with Ellen while my nails are being done. She even offered me some kai and drinks, the best customer service 💕 I will definitely be coming back as a regular customer!

The service at Ellenplantandbeauty was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I had my lashes, eyebrows, and waxing done; everything was incredibly relaxing. The space exudes a calm, beautiful, and homely vibe. This is by far the best service I have ever received from a beauty establishment. While the prices may be a bit higher compared to other places I've visited, the exceptional service and attention to detail more than justify it. I have finally found a place where I can feel at ease while being pampered in peace and quiet. The ladies were very welcoming and even offered drinks, which was a lovely touch. Thank you, and I will definitely be back to see you all again very soon. Can't wait xD
