As a New Zealand visitor to Scotland, we visited the store for the first time today. What a lovely experience we had! A tall lady called Kate made sure we found everything we went in for and more, making us giggle throughout. Will definitely look forward to our next visit to this store.
I wanted to give NO star !! 😡Unfriendly staff so unhelpful! I wanted to try L'Oréal new primer for little samples but the staff who wearing blue top so unfriendly! Keep telling me NO samples!! I have to keep repeating myself to her if I can't try the sample how can I buy product? She was not even work for L'Oréal!!😡... Guess I have to give up buying L'Oréal products now... Don't like being treated like I am a silly person !!👎👎
