Hailing from outside Wellington, needed a sudden haircut during an extended work trip in WLG. Gareth was a gem! Welcoming, friendly, and patiently listened to my hair woes to devise his strategy. Gareth worked wonders, and I adore my new haircut :-)
What a letdown. Popped in at 3pm on a Saturday (a client was still getting styled) to ask about a child's trim for my 10-year-old daughter. Initially told "We're closed." Even after explaining we just wanted to know prices and availability, we were informed "We only cut our clients' kids' hair." Did they assume I have a personal stylist? No, we recently moved to Wellington. Will I be their client? Absolutely not. Unless you enjoy 'service' with an attitude, I suggest you steer clear too.
Hair transformation time! Dealt with my black Asian hair to achieve an ashy hue has always been a challenge. Previous attempts at other salons resulted in copper tones. But with Alexis, it was pure magic. She nailed the ashy tone perfectly. I'm thrilled with the results. The natural look I desired is spot on. Compliments keep rolling in!
