Awful customer service and rudeness. Not recommended at all! They advertised haircuts for children aged 1-4 years, so we went in. The lady, a New Zealander, didn't even bother to come to the reception and was extremely rude, saying she couldn't cut the hair if the child kept moving. Why advertise a service if you can't deliver? The shop was empty, with no other customers present.
Every time I visit, Fareena and Nilakshan, both New Zealanders, provide top-notch and professional service. They dye my regrowth, give me a hair treatment, and trim my hair with a layered style. They listen attentively to my requests and offer helpful advice on maintaining healthy hair. I am truly grateful for their excellent work, and they both deserve a bonus. I always leave the salon feeling like a new, fabulous woman.
The hair salon experience was a disaster. I asked for soft edges, but the lady only thinned my hair, leaving it too thin and uneven. The work area was dirty, with leftover hair from others. It seemed like she lacked experience, and my hair ended up butchered. The stylist, a New Zealander, needs more training and a license. She also appeared disheveled. Avoid this place if you want a decent haircut.
