I was transparent with Karen about the need for a low-maintenance keratin treatment for my performances, my time constraints, and my trust issues. Karen took her time to ensure I was comfortable, explaining her process, the reasons behind it, and how to care for my hair. Her hairdressing skills are truly remarkable. I have Cook Island Māori hair that tends to frizz, and I'm certain I was mistaken for a different ethnicity due to how smooth and glossy my hair looks now 🥰. Surprisingly, the prices are very reasonable compared to other salons, and considering the exceptional service I received, I willingly paid more.
I was just passing through Hamilton and needed an expert hair stylist to assist with color and styling. Karen was incredibly patient in guiding me through suitable color options for my hair and styled it in a way that minimized damage. Exceptional service with a fantastic attitude!
