I had a terrible experience and spent $184. The final result was nothing like what I asked for - I wanted to go darker but was told they couldn't do balayage. I was charged extra on top of the $149 package because my hair was 2 inches past my shoulders. However, it was cut much too short and uneven. Why is it that hairdressers never seem to deliver what you request? I am extremely disappointed, and unfortunately, the evidence is right there on my head. I agree that $184 is cheap if you're satisfied, but if you're not, it feels like a significant amount of money wasted to end up feeling unhappy.
My hair looks absolutely stunning today after my visit to the hair studio. I felt incredibly beautiful and at ease - the experience was truly wonderful. My stylist Jiwan is incredibly skilled and talented, she managed to completely erase the red box dye I had been using for years. She might just be a miracle worker. I am so grateful for today, it was exactly what I needed. I am already looking forward to my next visit and I highly recommend the hair studio in Browns Bay. I left feeling and looking 100% better than when I walked in that morning. Thank you so much.
