This is a rather large store situated in Grey Lynn. I quite enjoyed the shop. They had a wide variety of Organic Products. I was pleasantly surprised to find Ayurvedic products as well. The shop owner/manager was very accommodating, and the woman at the counter was very friendly.
This establishment used to be the top health food spot in town, Harvest whole foods. It's still pretty good...but the last three times we visited, there was always a kererū strolling/flying around in the store trying to feast from the refill bins, yuck🤮 get it sorted, mate! ...
The kai didn't arrive until the 3rd day, frozen/fridge items were split between two parcels, both spoiled by the time they were delivered. I ordered ice blocks that were placed on top of my eggs, causing them to melt and burst all over. When I reached out, I was informed that I should have read the policy on the website regarding perishable items potentially being damaged during delivery. Won't be using them again 👎🏽
