I had a great experience here. Despite the busy atmosphere, I was warmly welcomed. I received excellent service for my pedicure, with a friendly young boy attending to me promptly after choosing my color.
I went in for gel nails. I requested them to be straight (filled) but the technician cut them all short. The Gel color used was not what I chose, and it was the previous customer's color. I assumed the color would change when it set, so she proceeded to do both hands. Twice, when the phone rang, the other staff member on her cell phone told the nail technician to answer it, leaving me unattended. The service was rushed, and I was left with short nails and a gel that may not last. Clear communication is crucial, even with language barriers.
I visited for a cut and shape, a simple service. The salon's hygiene was lacking, with worn-out tools and little attention to cleanliness. The eftpos machine froze, and I had to wait to pay $15. I was asked to use an ATM or do a bank transfer. The young staff were apologetic, but the experience was disappointing.
